Build Steps TA

This is intended to be a detailed guide to how we will build our Earthship.

Phase 0

• Pre-Fabrication
  • wood gas generator
  • 12 panel solar setup
  • solar thermal panel
  • Probably also want some sort of small tractor.
• Buy Land

Phase 1

First year:

• Car Port
• Initial Power : Solar panels, possibly wood gas, possibly a generator
• Tiny House V1
• Orchard: Will take 3-5 years to start to produce, so start early.
• Greenhouse V1
• Start logging and rough milling

Phase 2

Over the next 3 years

• Workshop V1
• Greenhouse Upgrades

At this point I should have a good idea of the build techniques I want to use. I should also have the orchard reasonably established and be producing a reasonable amount of food.
