- 1 package Gnocchi (1lb)
- Spinach (1 bunch)
- Mushrooms (1 pack)
- Gouda 1/2lb
- 2T butter
- 2T flour
- 1t minced garlic
- 1/2t liquid smoke
- 1C milk
Make a roux with butter and flour, add garlic. Stir 3 minutes on low. Add milk, stir until mixed, add mushrooms and spinach. Cook gnocchi separately. Mix everything together.
I've only made this once, there was too much sauce relative to the gnocchi, so I cut the sauce recipe in half. I'd like to try adding sun dried tomatoes, possibly onion. I'd also like to try making the gnocchi myself.
Cost is around $9, makes a good amount, probably 4 meals worth.
