I will prototype this on the tiny house and get enough data to be able to accurately size it for the full build. I may do a v2 in the workshop.
Water enters the gray water tank, which is also the methane tank. The grey water provides pressure to the methane. This is formed by two tanks. The methane tank is airtight. The grey water tank is not. There is a pipe that connects the bottom of each. As the methane pressure increases it will push water back into the grey tank.
There are at least two black water tanks. One tank is in use until it is full. It is then sealed and pressure is monitored until methane production stops. Then the tanks switch roles again. The pressure here needs further consideration. If the active tank is connected to the methane tank, it will be at that pressure. I think I can run the input to the black water system to the bottom of the black water tank as long as the origin is higher than the grey water tank.
