- 1.5 C diced onion
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 4 T chili powder
- 1 lb kidney beans
- 1 lb black beans
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/2 t red pepper
- 2 t cumin
- 1 C cilantro
- 4 C water
Try with chipotle chilis some time
Mix everything and bring to a boil. Process 75 minutes at 11psi
