According to [http://ottawavalleydogwhisperer.blogspot.com/2013/11/food-allergies-in-dogs-cats-remedies.html this], carb/protein should be 50/50.
B should be getting right around 1000kcal per day. Tuna has 25kcal/oz, potatoes have 22kcal/oz. The mix will be 23.5kcal/oz. So we need 42oz/day, or 21oz/meal. At $0.14/oz, that's almost $90/mo just for the tuna.
