Using the pasta roller worked well, but I want to try dividing the dough first and putting each ball through individually. best is to double and make 12. Try doing this by weight and using the pasta roller. So divide the dough evenly by weight and roll out each wrapper before starting to fry them.
Using the pasta roller worked well, but I want to try dividing the dough first and putting each ball through individually. I'd also like to try boiling before I fry them. Also, try making the rectangles much longer - long enough to wrap around the filling twice.
