This will serve a number of purposes. During early construction, I can stay here. I can use it to test out systems on a small scale.
Footprint
I think 10'x15' would be plenty, but I should probably do a detailed layout.
In one design, there was a cut away at one end of the loft and a desk making it comfortable to sit on the floor and hang your feet the cut away section.
V1
The initial build is just a shell, nothing more than a shed. This may be enough to get the greenhouse and workshop setup. When it starts to get cold, I'll add insulation, possibly a small stove.
V2
Install the septic system. A prereq to this is to set a solar heater. I need to keep the water from freezing.
Build Out
Eventually I will build it out with a loft bed, shower and small kitchen area. We can stay here while building the complete house and I would like to be able to have guests stay there for extended periods.
