The Entity Change model is one that I am working on for text generation. Entities are anything that would be a noun. Relationships, while still a noun, define the graph between the entities. Changes are applied to entities and relationships. All three are stored as key-value pairs. The end structure is highly functional. I believe that at some point, higher level objects will be need, perhaps narration or 'text shaders' but I'm trying to get something basic working now.

Change
A change is the set of attributes that change (and what they change to) and a duration over which the change happens. The duration can be instant.
