An app to help humans cope with having a mind.
I've got a bunch of techniques that I've accumulated over time to help me cope. The mind app would introduce users to one new technique every few days. They would have the option to reject the technique if they don't think it will be helpful. Every day the app will show them a random subset of techniques and they will check off the ones they're using. As trends emerge, the app can help them focus on using all the techniques.
Techniques
- time boxing
- exercise
- drinking water
- eat well
- focus exercise (re-train the monkey)
- positive framing (try to enjoy what you're doing)
- pomodoro
- atomic tasks
- escape valve (work for at least 5 minutes)
- guided fantasy (create a ridiculous story about how this tasks changes your life)
- Create enforced deadlines
