Ethiopian Lentils

• 2 t cumin
• 1/8 t cloves
• 1 t cardamom
• 1/2 t black pepper
• 1/8 t all spice
• 1 t fenugreek
• 1 t ginger
• 1 t tumeric
• 1/4 t nutmeg
• 1/8 t cinnamon
• 1 t salt
• 2 1/2 T paprika
• 1 T cayenne

Red lentils cook fast, about 10 minutes
