This means the bottom will need a detailed pattern. The top of the bottom is a pattern of circles to match the feet of the bins. On the bottom of the bottom is a grid to lock the bins in place.

It may make sense to design this so it can be built primarily out of plywood and have the details 3D printed. Plywood is going to be a lot cheaper, particularly if I'm making it more durable.

Like the sortmo, I want a modular sorting system that I can use for EVERYTHING.

Boxes should be scalable, containers should have a clear top. I can also do custom sections for holding specific tools.

Bin

The small boxes inside. Probably around 1"x1", maybe a little larger. Small tab for label and making it easy to pull the box out. Small feet that for a quarter circle to keep it in place in the container.

Container

The container is also modular. They can act as a box or a drawer. Handle or drawer guide can clip on.

The boxes can stack and will clip together. And there is a clear lid that can clip on.
