Canned Chili

• 1.5 C diced onion
• 1 can tomato paste
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 4 T chili powder
• 1 lb kidney beans
• 1 lb black beans
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 t black pepper
• 1/2 t red pepper
• 2 t cumin
• 1 C cilantro
• 4 C water

Try with chipotle chilis some time

Mix everything and bring to a boil. Process 75 minutes at 11psi
