According to this, carb/protein should be 50/50.

B should be getting right around 1000kcal per day. Tuna has 25kcal/oz, potatoes have 22kcal/oz. The mix will be 23.5kcal/oz. So we need 42oz/day, or 21oz/meal. At $0.14/oz, that's almost $90/mo just for the tuna.

Meats (protein)

Fish looks good, either canned tuna or chum salmon.

• Tuna $0.184/oz, looks like $0.138 at Meijers.
• Salmon $0.19/oz

Carbohydrates

Potatoes look good. Her current food has potatoes, but it has freaking everything, so oh well.
