Cabinet for bed with convinces.

I like the fold down desk. Very simple, just supported with rope on either end. Important that there be a latch!

I want light and shelf space near the head of the bed. Also a shelf to hold the pillows during the day, but form a little shelf for charging gadgets, holding gadgets and such at night.

I would also like a fold down desk in the bed for a computer or breakfast. More shelving space could be located behind this (perhaps for sheets).

Under the mattress, there should be a few springs arranged such that there is no tension on them when the bed is up and maximum tension when it is down, this should significantly reduce the force necessary to raise the bed as well as prevent it from slamming into the ground.
