Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 C butter
  • 1/2 C sugar (4oz)
  • 1 1/2 C brown sugar (12oz / 340g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 t vanilla (11g)
  • 2 3/4 C flour (13oz)
  • 1/2 t salt (4g)
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 1/2 t baking powder
  • 2 1/4 C chocolate chips

360 F - 10 min / tray, one tray at a time

  1. Cream butter & sugars
  2. Eggs & vanilla
  3. Baking (soda & powder), salt flour
  4. Chocolate chips

If you have sea salt, substitute 3/4 t, it is supposed to be better, have not tried yet.
