Agar Candy

This is a test

• .75 C sugar
• 2 C water
• 1.5 T agar

On the first try this worked well, but I used a berry mix and the final product seemed a little gritty and I think that might be the blueberries. Add the agar to the cold water. Try using honey or maple syrup.
