Python FTP

This program will sync my files over FTP. It will run as a cron job every few minutes (and most of the time, no changes should be necessary).

1. Get a file by file comparison of a specific directory working that downloads or uploads based on date and filesize.
2. Recurse over sub-directories
3. Create a config so that it can do multiple directories, and do them optionally (I won't want to sync everything, everywhere)
4. Create a log file
5. Figure out how to issue a delete command
6. Log (and avoid) merge conflicts
