Laurens Sweet Potatoes

Need to get measurements

Cook

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 lb Carrots
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 t baking soda

Cook everything at pressure for 15 minutes. Drain water. I used 3 sweet potatoes, try 4 next time.

Seasoning

  • 1 stick butter
  • maple syrup
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • ground cloves
  • ginger
  • salt
  • walnuts

Put everything in the mixer with a whisk attachment. Beat the hell out of it for a good long while before adding the walnuts.

My guess would be 3T syrup, 1t cinn., 1/2t nutmeg,ging 1/4t cloves, salt. 1/3C walnuts.
