Sand paper test

Steve Ramsey was talking about sanding disks and he does the same thing I do - keeps used disks. I'd like to try to find a way to measure their usefulness. I think putting them on a plane and measuring the angle at which a known weight slides should provide a useful measure. Probably need a metal surface for durability.
