Check if sleep is working correctly, some users were having issues. Also look into card reader issues.

Try to get bluetooth headphones working, though this was an issue on the desktop, so maybe not.

  • Sound
  • track point

Flip fn/ctrl. Tune mouse.

Software

get my g and color command

get syncDown command

test printer

Arduino

Touchpad

Not working out of the box.

Commenting out i2c_i801 in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf fixed it.

Trackpoint

TODO

  • figure out center click and scroll

I've got a Lenovo at work and at home, I should get used to the trackpoint. Find some easy games that require mouse and keyboard input and play them using the track point. Factorio might actually be a good one.

It might also make sense to build a simple web game that presents targets:

  • mouse over
  • square with one side as enter and one side as exit
  • r/l click (get used to thumbs)

Maybe turn off the trackpad for some time to force trackpoint use.

Notes

I ended up setting up the usb drive from the command line with "dd"
