Ok, this should be easy, get it right.

  1. Make pasta.
  2. Make a cheese sauce. Oil or butter with garlic, add flour, after 3 minutes, melt cheese.
  3. Pour cheese sauce over pasta and stir while everything is hot.
  4. As soon as it's below 170F, add wine.
