Tortilla press

I think this would be useful for a lot of things.

The top plate has linear guides so it can only move up and down. A lever pushes on the top to provide leverage. The top has 4 bolts poking out to adjust the depth and keep it level.

Should be large enough to make a small think crust pizza.
