Coffee Liqueur

  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 L coffee
  • 1 C Everclear

750ml = 3.17 C

  1. Make the coffee
  2. Dissolve sugar in 1/2 C water and let it start to caramelize
  3. Mix in coffee
  4. Let it cool
  5. Mix in Everclear
