Dust Collector

Yeah, I should just set one of these up. I should shoot for around 2hp.

If I do a thein baffle, I could vent directly outside.

There's a 25% off coupon.

Stage 1 will be to just get it setup with flex hoses - need enough to make it back to the bandsaw.

Stage 2 will be to run 4" PVC along the side of the shop with blast gates and outlets. Then the flexible hosing will be shorter. For power, I can get a remote or setup a series of 3-way switches. The switches are only $2.50 on Amazon, the remote is $60.

I like the "sweep" attachment that creates a vent at the ground so I can just sweep dust into it.

There are a lot of great 3D printed parts for this, so I should probably get a 3d printer around the same time I'm looking to get this all setup.

More efficient, but to buy one is almost as expensive as the dust collector itself. I found one build that used sheet metal, but I can't find sheet metal large enough. I'd be interested to try doing it with fiber glass.
