Concept

A vest of thin strips of fabric with embedded sensors and feedback to give increased senses.

Details

This could be powered by motion (it should only need a small amount of power to run). It would run some sort of a sleep loop where it would wake up once every few minutes, read sensor data, give the wearer some data and then go back to sleep.
