FFV

• 9 lbs sugar
• 200g wheat bran (or germ?)
• 1 multivitamin tablet
• 1/4 t epsom salt
• 1/4 t citric acid

simmer wheat for 30 minutes.

makes 5 gallons. rack before using.

I've changed the recipe to use dady bumping it up from 10% pabv to 18%.

Initial batch wasn't able to convert all the sugar. Reduced recipe from 13lbs to 9lbs.

From 5 gallons of wash, the total output was 2.5 cups, about 3%. That seems really low. I should check the still for leaks.
