Control Logic

Control logic is laid out on circuit boards. All control logic is digital pulses.

Sensors

  • Weight
  • Temperature

Because everything is digital, these will have a preset and by sending a pulse in, it sends a pulse out indicating if the value is above or below the threshold.

Custom

Runs wireworld though I may have a positive and negative charge. Cost increases geometrically with area. The chip can have many layers, there is a flat cost to increasing the layers, so above a certain area, it's more advantageous to expand to a new layer than out, but you have to think about interactions between layers.

When purchasing, cost comes down rapidly by buying in bulk.

MCU

I'll build some small language that can run on a microcontroller. These will come in a few sizes.

Machines

Machines can do a few basic things:

  • Move
  • Heat
  • Press

By controlling these operations, different outcomes can be achieved.

Buying and Selling

This is less refined, but I want this to be a little more mixed than general. So rather than buying "iron ore" you just buy "ore" and a load of ore will have different properties (iron, copper, silicon, carbon). There will be different methods of distilling these. Of course, you can buy things higher up the chain.
