Front Room Rebuild

This is a "maybe".

The front room is overcrowded and often a mess. At the same time, both Lauren and I are very interested in tiny house systems. This could be a good opportunity to build something to simplify the front room.

We would keep the couch, piano and Lauren's book shelf - though they could potentially all move.

Coffee Table

I like the lift top coffee tables. And that could add a lot of storage space.

Kitchen Table

Could fold up into the wall. Could have a leaf system to fold down into something much smaller.

Being able to get chairs out the way would be good too. Generally we only need 2 chairs, but sometimes we need as many as 6.
