Laravel Dynamo

Just going to stub this out now.

Kind of a supercharged version of this. I'd add a blueprints folder, probably to resources. Within a blueprint, the user defines a resource, a set of fields and their types. Then we add an artisan command, probably dynamo:generate. This will create the model, views, controller and routes.

The views generators should be exposed somehow. This allows the user to change how different types are displayed.
