Wiki Move

I'm considering moving away from MediaWiki. I was very unhappy with my attempt to get the math plug-in working.
I would like something with a better tagging system (I would like to be able to do set queries against tags, ideally). I would like to be able to make pages private (currently I'm using my google drive to keep private pages, which is dumb).

Roll My Own
Nothing quite has the features I'd like.
- Per-page public settings
- Support for odt and ods (and conversion from doc and xls)
- image editing (and much better image handling in general)
- hierarchical tagging
- separation of meta-data and content
- math notation
I'd also like to do my own mark up variant. I mostly prefer media wiki, but there's a few things I'd like to do differently and it would be nice to add some auto-formatting.
