Using concord grape juice. A little plain and a little sour. Want to try deacidification and adding oaking.

Per gallon of juice

  • 1 t yeast nutrient
  • 1/2 t wine tannin
  • 1 t citric acid

Add Sugar to get to about 15% PABV. I added some oak last time, but it hardly made a difference. Try 15g/gal next time.

Ultimately, this never came out very good, wine kits are cheaper and taste better.
