- 9 lbs sugar
- 200g wheat bran (or germ?)
- 1 multivitamin tablet
- 1/4 t epsom salt
- 1/4 t citric acid
simmer wheat for 30 minutes.
makes 5 gallons. rack before using.
I've changed the recipe to use dady bumping it up from 10% pabv to 18%.
