Simple Grape Juice Wine
Using concord grape juice makes a decent wine. A little plain and a little sour. Want to try deacidification and adding oaking.
Per gallon of juice
- 1 t yeast nutrient
- 1/2 t wine tannin
- 1 t citric acid
